ASIAN STYLE SALMON BURGERS

Ingredients
  • 1 lb of wild caught Alaskan Salmon (skin removed)
  • 1 tb of fresh grated ginger
  • 2 tb of low sodium soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tb of fresh cilantro
  • 1 slice of frozen Ezekiel bread ground in the blender or 2 tb of whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt or celtic sea salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor and pulse
  2. Separate in 3-4 portions and make burgers shapes
  3. Place in the grill or very hot pan coated with olive oil for 4 minutes on each side
  4. Add any toppings: avocado, spinach, red onion, tomato, pickled ginger, cilantro, sesame seeds, shredded carrots, red peppers, sriracha, wasabi
  5. It’s also a great idea to use lettuce buns instead of bread!
