Ingredients
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 banana (not ripe)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbs of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon shaved coconut (unsweetened)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in the blender or nutribullet
  2. Coat the skillet with coconut oil
  3. Pour the mixture into the pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Place toppings: raspberries, shaved coconut, pecans and coconut syrup.
  5. Note: Coconut syrup has a lower glycemic index compared to other syrups and it’s a natural source of sugar. However, use sparingly to prevent high sugar content in your breakfast.
