Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen zucchini
  • ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk (more if needed)
  • 1 tb almond or peanut butter (check ingredient label and make sure it does not contain sugar and/or palm oil)
  • ½ cup of blackberries or blueberries
  • 1 tb of chia seeds
  • 1 tb of hemp seeds
  • Toppings: mulberries, goji berries, and bee pollen
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth
