This recipe is the right amount of sweet and spicy. It has become my favorite go-to fish recipe for lazy nights. It tastes delicious and it’s sooo easy, quick, and needs very few and basic ingredients. Who doesn’t love that?
If you have friends over for dinner this recipe will for sure make you look like an ultimate chef, when in really it’s the simplest thing to make, but it’s ok we can keep this to ourselves!
Salmon comes packed with amazing health benefits, which is one of the reason I love to cook it so much (the other one is that it is so flavorful that it doesn’t need many ingredients to make it good).
Here are some of the health benefits that make it so awesome:
- Not only is it an amazing source of Omega 3’s, It’s also a great source of Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Selenium, and Phosphorus.
- Intake of Salmon is linked to decreased rates of heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure and high triglycerides thanks to the Omega 3 content.
- It’s linked to decreased depression and improved cognition in the elderly.
- It helps protects our joints and reduces inflammation in them.
- It protects us against colorectal cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, leukemia, and non Hodgkins lymphoma.
GINGER HONEY GLAZED SALMON

Ingredients
- 1 ½ Tb of Olive Oil
- 1 Tb of Dijon
- 2 tsp of grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp of honey
- 12 oz of Wild caught Salmon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients except for the salmon.
- Blend and add marinade to the salmon fillet. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Place salmon in a baking dish, put it in the oven and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
