In a world of trending smoothies, those high sugar smoothies can have over 50 grams of sugar. Regardless of where the sugar is coming, 50 grams of sugar in one cup doesn’t work for everybody or at anytime. This is where bio individuality plays a role. Some people might thrive consuming them, others might crash afterwards and even experience cellular inflammation.
For my people that prefer to consume low sugar smoothies I created this recipe that I hope you enjoy.
